Q. SHOULD YOU REPLACE OR REPAIR AN OLD APPLIANCE?

A. An older appliance in a home leads to two choices. You can either call for professional appliance repair in an try to save money and continue using your old oven, refrigerator, dishwasher or dryer or washer or replace the broken appliance with a new unit.

Appliances have an average lifetime. If your broken home appliance is in the earlier or middle stages of that average lifetime, we would suggest calling our appliance repair company. A. Yes. Our appliance repair service includes a 12-month warranty on all parts and labor. We use manufacturer parts for LG, Frigidaire, GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and several other common appliance brands to preserve the manufacturer’s warranty. Q. ARE YOU ABLE TO YOU FIX THE APPLIANCE DURING YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT?

A. In most cases. We stock our vans with over 90% of the common manufacturer parts and the necessary tools to perform our appliance repair service. If we do have to come back at a later date to complete a repair, there will be no additional service charge. We estimate we are able to finish over 90% of appliance repair appointments during the first trip.

Q. IS THERE A TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour window for our technician to be at your house or apartment. We understand how important your time is and do our best to arrive in the early part of our scheduled service window. But, if an earlier appointment or repair lasts much longer than we thought it would, this allows our repairman a little time to still arrive on time in the service window. We call 15-20 minutes before their arrival.
